Please be proactive in assessing the condition of our lobby and front desk spaces. If you observe something that needs repair, please enter it in Fixit!
If a guest reports something that is not functioning in their room, or in a bathroom, please call 5-5555 and then enter a Fixit! for record keeping purposes.

To provide top quality service to our summer guests, you will enter their work order information for them. We do not instruct them on how to do so. Be sure to ask them the location of the issue, and their phone number in case follow up is needed. When entering the name, and contact information below, we encourage you to use the guests information.
